Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing strategies and AI-driven tools to identify passive candidates in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans to meet aggressive hiring targets for 2026 product launches.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective job descriptions.
- Candidate Experience: Curate a world-class, seamless candidate journey from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on compensation strategies and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically within software engineering, AI, or high-growth startups.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, TensorFlow, CUDA) and the ability to converse fluently with engineers.
- ATS Proficiency: Expert-level use of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and Boolean search techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
