Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define feature specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS/GCP) utilizing modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for maximum performance and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and actively advocate for industry best practices.
- Participate in our comprehensive 2026 rotational training program to accelerate your technical leadership growth.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go).
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot) and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a relentless drive to learn new technologies quickly.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
