Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our tech stack, identifying emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Readiness, and Cloud-Native computing to ensure long-term scalability.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable system architectures capable of integrating next-gen AI models seamlessly into legacy and new workflows.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead research and pilot programs for Generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems, acting as the internal authority on 'Future Tech' applications.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, security protocols, and architectural guidelines that ensure the longevity and stability of our products in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring senior engineers to prepare them for the challenges of 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role directing AI or Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with hands-on experience deploying large-scale AI/ML models (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing resilient, high-availability systems using microservices and serverless architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into concrete technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Superior communication skills, with the ability to explain complex futuristic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
