- Develop proprietary forecasting models using big data analytics and machine learning tools
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier business journals
- Design innovation pipelines for clients adopting 2030-ready technologies
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon's Future Leadership Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Demonstrated record of published foresight work or patented forecasting systems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Experience working with blockchain, metaverse, or climate adaptation technologies
