- Partner with R&D to integrate future predictions into product roadmaps
- Establish early-warning systems for paradigm shifts in technology and consumer behavior
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders including investors and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and AI-driven forecasting platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
