Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends to identify opportunities and threats for 2026+ strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based models for technology adoption and market evolution
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Author annual 'Horizon Report' on emerging industry disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or sustainable technologies preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
