Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience managing high-visibility cross-functional projects
- Deep understanding of Silicon Valley ecosystem dynamics
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
