Responsibilities

- Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives to pilot and scale innovative solutions across product, engineering, and operations.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to uncover new growth opportunities and disrupt traditional paradigms.
- Establish a robust innovation framework that encourages experimentation, risk-taking, and rapid prototyping.
- Present complex strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members to drive decision-making.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or technical leadership roles within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term visions (5-10 year horizons).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business impact.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable intelligence.
- Strong executive presence and experience communicating with C-suite stakeholders.
