Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business applications
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of futuristic solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate strategic technology initiatives into business growth plans
- Build and manage a global network of tech innovators and academic partnerships
- Present technology insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Oversee implementation of scalable systems for technology adoption and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving adoption of emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology management or innovation methodologies (e.g., TOGAF)
- Experience building innovation labs or incubators within large organizations
