Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- AI Proficiency: Proven track record in developing large language models or advanced neural networks.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in unstructured environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performing engineering teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
