Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and product teams to align deliverables with business objectives
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and optimize Kanban workflows
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status updates and presentations
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Ensure project documentation meets ISO 9001 quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Asana project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industries preferred
