Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Support agile sprint planning and backlog grooming ceremonies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and process mapping tools
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Power BI
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional site visits
