Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables with executive stakeholders
- Manage budgets exceeding $2M and mitigate project risks
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Implement JIRA/Asana for resource allocation and progress tracking
- Drive continuous improvement processes across 15+ concurrent projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech or consulting
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Proven success managing remote/distributed teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
