- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Coach and mentor junior project professionals to enhance team capabilities
- Implement process improvements using Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Ensure compliance with PMI standards and organizational governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience with IT infrastructure projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Expertise in risk management methodologies and change control processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Experience with remote team management across multiple time zones
