Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Develop data models and visualizations using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Track KPIs and prepare performance dashboards
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as a product owner liaison
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Portfolio demonstrating process improvement projects
