Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks using Jira and Confluence for optimal workflow management
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans proactively
- Present project status updates to executive stakeholders through clear, concise reporting
- Maintain project documentation including charters, budgets, and post-mortem analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in part-time/contract roles
- PMP or CSM certification with demonstrable agile methodology expertise
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of tech projects valued at $500K+
