Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Engineering)
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies where applicable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
