Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into clear business specifications
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories to guide development teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven track record of process improvement
- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
