Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise-scale software deployments
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, and product departments
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement Jira, Confluence, and Asana for streamlined project tracking and reporting
- Drive stakeholder communication through executive-level presentations and quarterly reviews
- Maintain project budgets exceeding $2M with 98% on-time delivery rate
- Mentor junior PMs and champion continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS or enterprise software deployments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing budgets >$1M and teams of 15+ professionals
- Expertise in Atlassian suite and Microsoft Project tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
