Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ members across development, design, and business units
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Implement Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for streamlined project tracking
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or enterprise software
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $1M
- Expertise in risk management methodologies and change control processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
