Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and pain points
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and business performance
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Document requirements in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements in UML/BPMN notation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Part-time availability (20-25 hours/week) with flexibility for core business hours
