Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise software deployments
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Agile methodologies
- Budget forecasting and resource optimization for 10+ concurrent initiatives
- Implementing Jira/Confluence workflows for 50+ person engineering org
- Vendor management and third-party integration oversight
- Performance reporting using Tableau dashboards for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 7+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience scaling agile teams in regulated industries
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Exceptional written/verbal communication for executive audiences
