Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive roadmap for the organization, specifically tailored to the technological and social shifts expected by the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies (AI, Sustainability, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex insights into clear business strategies, KPIs, and investment plans that align with the company's long-term goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead and present innovative concepts to the executive team and board of directors, securing buy-in for new initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee pilot programs and innovation labs, ensuring rapid prototyping and scaling of successful concepts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or product strategy within a major technology firm.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
