- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 operational and technological roadmap, aligning business goals with actionable milestones.
- Executive Leadership: Lead a diverse team of directors and managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.

Qualifications
