Responsibilities
- Translate complex clinical workflows into actionable system requirements and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops with physicians, nurses, and IT teams
- Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and solution documentation
- Validate system implementations through UAT and regression testing
- Develop KPI dashboards to measure project success metrics
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/HITECH)
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence artifacts for agile development cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Business, or related field
- 3+ years healthcare business analysis experience
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Expertise in Epic or Cerner EMR systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Visio, and process modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
