Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create comprehensive process flows, user stories, and use case diagrams to facilitate understanding across departments.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL and advanced Excel. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex problems and propose efficient, scalable solutions.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
