Responsibilities

- Analyze operational data and market trends to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic process improvements.
- Manage complex internal communications and coordinate cross-departmental projects to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, compliance standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast operational needs and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in corporate operations or management within the US market.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
