Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use cases to support development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement, system optimization, and business efficiency.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, UI/UX guidelines, and data dictionaries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving ambiguity and ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with requirements gathering tools and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
