Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-priority fintech modernization initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and prioritize backlog items
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Perform gap analysis between current state and target business processes
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting dashboards
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT coordination
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices and tool utilization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services/tech
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects
- Exceptional communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
