Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows)
- Facilitate workshops and translate technical concepts for non-technical teams
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless solution implementation
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence artifacts and manage project backlogs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech/automotive
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and BPMN
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM/PMI-ACP preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Experience with SAP or enterprise ERP systems
