Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and data models using Visio or similar tools.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and act as a subject matter expert during the development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Validate solutions with end-users and ensure quality assurance through UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Identify process gaps and recommend process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
