Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and document detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
- Identify process gaps and propose solutions to optimize business operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
