Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements
- Elicit, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements for software development projects
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications using UML diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Finance) to ensure alignment
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI/Tableau for performance tracking
- Conduct gap analysis and support system testing/validation phases
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) highly valued
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects
