Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization

- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights using SQL/BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals
- Track KPIs and measure project success against business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time
