Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management on a weekly basis.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
