Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Define clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules using Jira and MS Project.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Monitor project performance and report progress to senior leadership regularly.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in the Technology or Manufacturing sector.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
