Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for enterprise software implementations
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions across departments
- Develop and maintain data flow diagrams, use cases, and business rules
- Perform gap analysis and propose optimization strategies for existing systems
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Validate deliverables through UAT and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries
- Expertise in requirements documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio)
- Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Proven track record in process improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
