Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze data trends and KPIs to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization strategies
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for real-time monitoring
- Lead UAT testing cycles and validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects within tight deadlines
