Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UAT scripts
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment
- Implement data validation checks and quality assurance processes
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in FinTech or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with payment processing or lending platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
