Responsibilities
- Optimize Operational Workflows: Analyze current business processes and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Strategic Reporting: Develop and maintain complex reports using SQL and Excel to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Data Analysis: Interpret large datasets to identify trends, forecast business needs, and support high-level decision-making.
- Vendor Management: Assess and manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Process Improvement: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives (CI) to enhance organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, supply chain management, or corporate analytics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI; advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex operational challenges.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Cleveland, OH.
