Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, time, and budget adherence.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to executive leadership on a weekly basis.
- Drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve workflow efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the technology or finance sector.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
