Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for complex enterprise software deployments
- Agile/Scrum methodology implementation and team leadership (15+ cross-functional members)
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, clients, and technical teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution with 98% on-time delivery
- Budget oversight ($2M+ projects) and ROI optimization
- Process improvement initiatives using PMI best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years project management experience with SaaS/tech implementations
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Proven track record leading enterprise projects with $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Atlassian tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- BS/BA in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
