Responsibilities
- Lead & Strategize: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resources and cross-functional teams to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
- Risk Control: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing clear and regular updates.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality standards and enforce rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Agile Implementation: Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in project management within the Technology or IT sector.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and other project management software.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and influence without authority.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
