Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to closure, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Spearhead agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with 15+ member cross-functional teams across technology and business units
- Executive stakeholder management, providing regular progress updates and strategic guidance to C-suite leadership
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including roadmaps, RACI matrices, and performance dashboards
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, optimizing project delivery efficiency by 30%+
- Lead change management efforts ensuring smooth adoption of new systems/processes across 500+ employees
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with strict adherence to financial governance protocols
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/enterprise environments
- PMP, CSM, or PgMP certification mandatory
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and MS Project with proven ability to implement PMO frameworks
- Exceptional leadership skills demonstrated through successful delivery of 5+ complex projects
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making and ROI analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/finance) highly preferred
