Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document requirements in JIRA/Confluence
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with KPIs
- Lead agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
- Proven track record in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Austin-based candidates strongly preferred
