Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and optimize Kanban workflows
- Develop detailed project plans with risk mitigation strategies and resource allocation
- Act as primary stakeholder liaison, managing expectations and delivering executive communications
- Mentor junior PMs and drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies
- Implement Jira/Confluence dashboards for real-time project visibility
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for third-party integrations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT infrastructure
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory; Agile/Scrum Master preferred
- Proven track record delivering projects >$1M with 95%+ on-time delivery
- Expertise in MS Project, Jira, and resource planning tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
