Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming administrative requests and data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems for corporate records.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients via phone and email.
- Generate and review weekly operational reports to ensure data integrity.
- Support the weekend team with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in corporate administration, customer service, or data entry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
