Responsibilities
- Manage and update corporate databases, records, and digital files with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate weekend logistics and support onsite corporate events, including setup and breakdown.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of weekly operational reports and internal correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with department heads to address urgent operational needs during the weekend shift.
- Maintain a pristine and organized office environment to ensure a professional atmosphere for weekend staff.
- Perform general administrative support tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering high-volume phone inquiries.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on completed projects to ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in corporate administration, logistics, or operations is highly desirable.
