Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend corporate operations including logistics, inventory management, and client communications
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
- Implement process improvements using Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports for executive leadership review
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements during weekend shifts
- Lead cross-functional weekend projects with minimal supervision
- Act as primary escalation point for operational issues during weekend hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate operations or logistics experience
- Proven proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions independently
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience managing weekend or shift-based operations
- Professional certification in Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) preferred
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
