- Manage vendor relationships and logistics for weekend projects and deliveries
- Document all operational activities and escalate critical issues to on-call leadership
- Conduct quality assurance checks for weekend deliverables and processes
- Maintain real-time dashboards tracking weekend KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate emergency response protocols during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate operations or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with experience in high-pressure scenarios
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for global stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional site visits
- CompTIA Network+ or similar IT certification preferred
- Experience with shift rotation and weekend/holiday scheduling
